Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes. See "travel" page for hotel information. There will be transportation to and from the 2 hotels with room blocks. One trip to the venue and one trip back at the end of the evening. The venue is about 30-40 minutes from the hotels. Stay tuned for exact bus timing.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the wedding is fully outdoors. Outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour followed by a tented reception. The venue is made up of grass, turf, and some light gravel. Please plan accordingly!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you decide to take your own car, there is a large gravel parking lot on site.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 3:55pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Guests arriving late will be asked to wait to join until the ceremony is over.
