When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You should RSVP by November 20th, 2024. This helps us finalize our headcount and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience on our special day! Please let us know if you need help RSVPing or if you have any questions.

Do you have a registry? Where?

Answer

Yes! In fact, you can find our wedding registry on this very site. Navigate to the 'Registry' tab on the site menu, and you will find a list of items to help us start our life together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, so around 3:00pm. This gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the atmosphere before we begin at 3:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our dress code is semi-formal. Please feel free to dress up in your best attire, but make sure that you are comfortable and ready to hit the dance floor!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to bring your special someone! However, if your guest was not included in your RSVP, please contact us ahead of time so that we can modify our head count.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we’re new to the area, we’ve done some research and found a few hotel options for our guests at different price points. Here are our recommendations: The George Washington - A lovely option with great amenities. Holiday Inn Winchester SE - A budget-friendly choice. Both options are close to the venue. We suggest booking early, as accommodations can fill up quickly around the holidays.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be convenient parking at the ceremony and reception (they are the same location). The parking lot is directly outside of the venue.

Is Christmas-themed attire appropriate for the wedding?

Answer

While we love the festive spirit of the season, this is a wedding, not a Christmas ball! We encourage guests to embrace the semi-formal dress code. Feel free to incorporate seasonal colors if you wish, but please keep it classy and wedding-appropriate.

Will alcohol be served at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We plan to have a selection of beers and wines available to guests at the reception. Please drink responsibly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing formal shuttles to and from the hotels. However, for guests who plan to drink at the reception, we encourage you to arrive early, drop off your bags at your hotel, and take an Uber or taxi to the ceremony. This way, you can relax and enjoy the celebration without any worries.
