Join us at the VanDusen Botanical Garden!
Join us on Saturday the 13th! We will spend the day following our wedding here at the gardens! We would love for anyone who would like to mingle and say hello to join us around 1:00pm. From botanical gardens in Encinitas to the Boboli Gardens in Florence, we love exploring artful displays of nature. The VanDusen Botanical Garden is lovely and on a beautiful day it’s the perfect nature walk while still in the city.
Gastown
Gastown is touristy and has so many cute stores, coffee shops and is the perfect place to get your Canada-themed knick-knacks! Try a coffee shop like Timbertrain, Revolver or Cafe Kitsunè.
La Belle Patate
The best poutine in Vancouver, small local spot.
Yaletown
Yaletown is a neighborhood by the waterfront, it’s a great place to grab dinner and go for a stroll. Try Social Corner for a sit down meal or sushi at Minami. Mainland/Davie or Hamilton/Davie are streets close to the park and water, plus have great food options.
Kitsilano
Kitsilano is a great neighborhood with lots of cute shops
Stanley Park
Walk along the sea wall, explore the grounds and have a fun day at the park!
Granville Island
It feels like a giant makers market, with over 300 businesses in one spot. Lots of artsy, niche shopping to check out, breweries, restaurants and waterfront views. You can get a curly potato on a stick!
