Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, you can park on the grass along the drive to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire with encouragement for sensible shoes fit for grass and gravel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a 30 person bus leaving from the double tree for transportation to the wedding. The bus will also make the return trip to the double tree at the end of the reception. Guests who won’t be drinking are encouraged to drive.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 16th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Yes, these is a prompt on the RSVP to add any dietary restrictions.

Where should I book my hotel stay?

Answer

We will be hosting the welcome drinks at the Double Tree Hotel in New Bern. (40 min drive to wedding venu) However, the town of Oriental has a hand full of cute B&B and Inns. (12 min drive to venu) We also encourage you to look into Airbnb rentals that are pretty close to the venu as well.
