BJX is in the town of Leon, 1 hour and 30 minutes away from San Miguel. This is the biggest airport in the region (though still quite small) and where most flights from the US depart and arrive from.

**Option for San Diego/SoCal Travelers** If you are coming from San Diego or Southern California, you can easily get to the Tijuana International Airport by using the CBX crossing in San Ysidro. Cross Border Xpress is a convenient pedestrian bridge connecting the Tijuana airport to a terminal in San Diego, allowing travelers to bypass long border wait times. Book your roundtrip tickets for CBX and make sure to get there 2 hours early! You will book your flight from TIJ to an airport listed above.
