If you don't mind driving/Ubering to the wedding venue, there are lots of great hotel options on Tunnel Road. Check the surrounding towns like Swannanoa, Fairview, and Weaverville too.
Travel Note
Street parking is free downtown after 6 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. Weekends can be busy downtown and street parking can be hard to come by. There are free parking spaces across from the Sheraton downtown that are usually available, even on busy days. These are located on Central Ave and it's about a .3 mile walk to the Venue.
