Shuttle
July 10, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm
The shuttle will arrive at Homewood Suites at 3pm and depart at 3:15 pm. The shuttle will arrive at Hilton Garden Inn at 3:25 pm and depart at 3:35 pm. Arrive at Westwood at 3:50 pm, guests will unload. The shuttle will again arrive at Hilton Garden Inn at 4:10 pm. (This second trip will not go back to Homewood Suites, if you cannot make the first shuttle from Homewood Suites, you can always drive down the road to the Hilton to catch the second shuttle). The second shuttle will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:15 pm. It will arrive at Westwood at 4:30 pm, guests will unload. Ceremony begins shortly after. The transportation will take guests back to both hotels throughout the night. The final runs will be at 11:15 pm and 11:45 pm. All runs will stop at both hotels.
