Phillip and Samantha met at his sister’s wedding on October 4th, 2020 while Sam was working as a bridal attendant at Epping Forest Yacht and Country Club. Instant attraction took as soon as Phillip saw how dedicated she was to making his sister’s wedding one to remember. That day, it was raining as the wedding party hurried outside to quickly snap some photos. Sam was holding the umbrellas for the guests to avoid the rain, Phillip saw how Sam was quickly becoming soaked as the rain was coming down quicker. He saw his opportunity to get next to her by holding an umbrella as their eyes met and the sparks started. From that day forward, they became inseparable. Phillip graduated in July of 2020 and Sam in April of 2021, they embarked on their first trip together as a graduation present for themselves to Maui. As the feelings grew stronger and the memories starting building, they continued to grow together like a tree growing its roots. When July came, a trip down to the Florida Keys was when we learned that a relationship is built on faith and trust that we will take care of one another through any obstacle. Phillip soon started his master’s degree as a Physicians Assistant where our relationship was tested once again as we started our journey of long distance dating for a year and a half. This taught us the value of communication and how love knows no distant. As 2024 started, Phillip plans to graduate in March and begin his career as a PA, Sam has worked to get her licensing as a Professional Engineer in water resource where she has worked since graduation. They want to share their love for one another with you on their special day. This wedding means so much to Phillip and Sam as they have both been saving their money to celebrate with all those who have supported their journey from the beginning. So lets raise a toast together in October!
