What are the shuttle departure times?

SCHEDULE TO ROUND BARN: Bus 1: Lodge at Lincoln Peak - bus leaves at 3:40pm, arrives to Round Barn at 4pm Bus 2: Claybrook Hotel - bus leaves at 3:35pm, arrives to Round Barn at 4pm Bus 3: Warren Lodge - bus leaves at 3:45pm, arrives to Round Barn at 4pm END OF NIGHT SCHEDULE: Buses arrive at 10pm for first run back to all Inns, last run is at 11:30pm to all Inns

Is there transportation provided to Our Lady of the Snows for the ceremony?

Answer

No, please drive yourself to the church. There is plenty of parking! Buses will pickup from Lodge at Lincoln Peak, Clay Brook and Warren Lodge after the ceremony. Please reference our travel page for more shuttle details.

What is Black-Tie Optional?

Answer

Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a floor length or midi dress, or dressy separates.

Are there Ubers, Lyfts or other cab services in the area?

Answer

No, there are not. Please be mindful of which shuttle stop is closest to your accommodation.

Are children invited to the ceremony?

We respectively request no children under the age of 18 be at the wedding ceremony. Please note this is an adult only celebration.

Will there be parking at Our Lady of the Snows?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at Our Lady of the Snows. We will not be providing shuttle service to / from the ceremony.

Will there be parking at the Round Barn?

Answer

There will be limited parking at the round barn, so if you plan to drive, please consider carpooling!
