What time should I arrive

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 5:00 please be seated by 4:50.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (16+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Please DO NOT stress over not being able to come to our wedding, we totally understand!

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue, you will go down the long gravel or bumpy paved road (they both lead to the same place.) The venue will be on your right by the tennis courts.

Where are we registered?

Answer

We are registered through our website but since we have lived together for 4 years we would love for our guests to contribute to our honeymoon fund for the adventure of a lifetime.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have not reserved blocks at hotels as the venue is not too far from the home of many of our guests. There are cabins on site which will be reserved for the wedding party, & immediate family however campers or RVs are welcome but hookups are not available. There is a list of hotels and lodges closest to the venue located on the "Travel" tab.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

No there is not a dress code, come however you feel comfortable! We would love for you to dress up, but if you don't feel comfortable, don't worry about it!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside but the reception will be mostly inside!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and families will be taking pictures nearby for maybe 30 minutes. Guests can head to our cocktail hour until the reception starts.
