How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click the RSVP tab of our website and type in your name as it appears on your invitation. Your name along with other names from your household will appear.

How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

When you type your name in to the RSVP tab it should list other members of your household, or tell you if you have a guest. If you're still not sure, just ask Monica or Sam!

Question

I live in (or am staying in) Chicago for the weekend. How should I get to the reception?

Answer

The reception venue is about one hour from the church. We are providing bus transportation from the church to the reception (see Travel & Accommodations tab) leaving at 3:30. If you choose to take the bus, please let Sam or Monica know by June 22 (when you RSVP). You will be responsible for getting yourself back to the city; an Uber will cost about $50 for a 4 person car. Otherwise, you can drive yourself or take an Uber. There is plenty of parking at the reception, but keep in mind Lollapalooza is the same weekend so there might be extra traffic.

Question

It seems that there is a lot of time between the Mass and the Reception? What should I do during that time?

Answer

The Reception is about an hour from the Church - and Chicago traffic is always unpredictable - so give yourself plenty of time to get there. Once you're in the area - if you have time - you can check out some of the local breweries, or hang out at the park right next to the reception.
