Transportation to Estes Park
There are two ways to get to Estes Park. You can either rent a car from Denver International Airport or you can book a shuttle service to take you to and from Estes Park. The cost of the shuttle service is $135 per person for a round trip ticket. If you choose the shuttle service option, there are free shuttles throughout Estes Park and we will also provide transportation to the venue.

Lodging
August is an ideal time to visit the area, so that means hotels will book up very quickly. There are no rooms blocks available so we encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible! For transportation to and from the venue the trolley will be picking up from 2 locations in town. The Estes Park Resort and Silver Moon Inn near downtown Estes. Please look into hotels/airbnbs near these 2 locations if you need transportation. Listed below are a few of our lodging recommendations

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held on property. Black Canyon Inn offers various lodging accommodations. The property features hotel style rooms as well as full condominiums for rent for the wedding weekend

The Silver Moon Inn is centrally located and a quick walk to downtown. It will be one of our pickup locations for people staying in the downtown area of Estes or somewhere away from the Lake. Also a short walk to our welcome dinner at The Barrel.

The Estes Park Resort is our other pickup location. Spacious suites and Mountain Village Cabins meet unique wildlife encounters at The Estes Park Resort, ideally located on Lake Estes.
