Lexy and Sam first met in orientation for physical therapy school at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. As two mid-westerners moving to New England for the first time, they had an immediate connection. They soon found out that they had much more in common, including: a love for baseball, a desire to meet and help people and a blossoming urge to explore. Much of their free time in PT school was spent skiing, hiking, camping or paddling. This continued upon graduation, as they traveled to Arizona, Vermont, Michigan and California, where on a trail run in Redwood National Park Sam got down on one knee to start a new chapter of adventure. They are excited for continuing to travel on this trail together as their desire to be outdoors, as well as their connection with each other, continues to grow.
