Are kids invited?

Answer

Of course! Your invitation will state your name and family. When you RSVP please state the number of children attending.

Whats the dress code?

Answer

Please dress comfortable, our wedding ceremony and reception is all on one location. The ceremony is outside, and the reception is under a tent in a feild. We are requesting semi formal attire.

Are there hotels nearby?

Answer

Yes, We won't be far from Oneonta NY, we have secured 10 rooms for the 20th and 5 rooms for the 19th. If you wish to have a room they are asking for bookings by August 20. It’s the Quality inn of Oneonta 607-433-2250.

Can I bring a guest, or a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I take photos with my cell phone or camera?

Answer

Yes and no. We have hired a photographer to capture the day. We ask that during the ceremony, that no one besides the photographer is to take any photos or videos. Photography is expensive. Please understand that we don't really want a photo of you taking a photo as the bride walks down the aisle. Please enjoy the ceremony, and have all eyes on the bride. During the reception feel free to take photos and send them to us. We will also have a photo booth. Be sure to take lots of photos there. Check out the website for a hashtag for the event.

Can you request songs?

Yes, Song requests are welcome. On the RSVP page you'll find an option to request songs in advance.

Where exactly are we going?

Funny you should ask, up until the end of May we had no idea either. Our venue cancelled on us in the wake of COVID 19. We found a spot at my parents farm in Garrattsville. We know the address everyone seems familiar with is 4241 St Hwy 51, but from the Barn, we're across the river down in a field. So to make it easier for GPS users the address used will be 723 Co Rd 16 Garrattsville NY 13342. We will have signs out to follow. The driveway is the old haul road from the small gravel pit, once you go down, don't stop along the bee hives and you'll see the tent when you round the corner.
