This is where our room block will be located as well as shuttle service to and from the venue on Saturday. If you are not staying at the W, you are still welcome to use the shuttle service that will do pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. Use the booking link below that says "View" to access our room block rates. Book by October 14th to use the rate.

Philadelphia International Airport
If you are flying, we recommend Philadelphia's airport. Once there, you can easily get downtown with a cab, Lyft, or Uber.
Shuttle

Shuttles will be available to transport guests from the W hotel (even if you are not staying there) to and from the Horticulture Center. Departure from hotel: 4:45 pm & 4:50 pm Departure from venue: 9:30 pm, 11:15 pm & 11:30 pm
