Is there a dress code? Yes, Cocktail Dress/Semi-Formal attire

Answer

A balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. To an event with this dress code, such as a wedding, men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a stylish dress. “Cocktail attire is meant to bridge the gap between day and night.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, onsite ample designated parking for our guests with parking attendants.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Holiday Inn and Express located only 10 minutes from venue. Information located in Hotel accommodation section of website. However, the venue is only 40 minutes from downtown Roanoke.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you are certain of your attendance on the RSVP page of this website. Because we have to plan accordingly with final count, RSVP deadline is 8/20/23

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that all phones/devices be put away and on silent during ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We encourage guests to post on their social media. Please tag us and include our hashtag, #theRingFitz, so we can keep track of pictures. And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will take pictures together and with close family and the wedding party. You will get to enjoy appetizers, cocktails and more located there at the Venue. The reception will follow.

Beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to our venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverage on the premise. We ask that you drink responsibly and in measure. Please do not drink and drive and have a plan in place whether there is a designated driver, an Uber or Lyft.

Can I bring a Plus-One or my children

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Will the wedding reception/ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held under the open air Pavilion overlooking breathtaking mountain views. You will enjoy the Cocktail hour at the venues tranquil Greenhouse that is indoor/outdoor with a wrap around tree bar and pergola. Your dinner reception will be held in the climate controlled indoor Rose room. Dancing and socializing will continue at the pavilion.
