Aba Austin
This restaurant has the best Mediterranean food! It is pretty upscale but still casual and fun. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great meal and experience.
Cidercade Austin
Thomas, Meghan, Kyle and I went here around Tom's birthday to check it out. They have sooo many ciders on draft, great pizza, and wide range of arcade games! I was a little nervous about it, but once we got there it was really fun. If you go later in the evening, there aren't any kids allowed. Plus, you can just pay $15 at the door and play all the games for free!
Texas Farmers' Market at Mueller
If you are staying as long as Sunday, this is my favorite farmer's market in the area. They have so many great booths and its close to a couple restaurants. If you are going to be in the area, you should also check out B.D. Riley's pub for a properly poured Guinness.
Loro
Kyle and I first tried Loro on New Year's Eve! We kind of stumbled upon it and its been one of our favorites since. They can be pretty busy, but they have a bar outside while you wait. This is a great casual spot and is very unique!
Mount Bonnell
This is a very short "hike" with a great view of the river and downtown Austin at the top. Once you make it up the short flight of stairs, there are lots of little trails that can take out to other little viewpoints. This is great if you are wanting to get outside but don't want to commit to a long hike.
