DMH We met in the CVU (cardiovascular unit) at DMH. Rachael was a tech, and I was a nurse. We became super close at the end of our tenure-as we were both going to Carle! I can't imagine life without Rach. There is no one who has a more beautiful heart. I am so blessed to have her in my life and grateful for DMH for bringing us together.

Sara and I met in the CVU at DMH, I was a tech & Sara was a nurse. I loved the way Sara's brain worked, and I asked to be her orientee when I got my RN. She trained me in the ICU and after, we stayed close friends. Sara and I have seen each other through so many phases of life: good, hard, and hilarious. So many of my favorite adult memories are with Sara and am happy to have her by my side!

Melissa and I met in the Carle CVICU. Melissa and I bonded over a love of clothes, shopping, and chatting it up with (my name is) Jeff. Melissa and I have had many girls nights over the years filled with girl chats, tea, and hot girl dog walks. She is the mama of Willie's best friend, Patchy! Also-Melissa is currently a grad student at Millikin to be a CRNA-and I can't wait to work with her in the OR someday!

From back in the days of elementary school, bus 4, & Studio B to adulthood, I couldn't imagine all of it without Meghan! We also worked together at DMH, from Meghan on ortho, C-19, & CVU! We had so many deep talks on our lunches, Coffee Connection, and breakfast breaks. Life at DMH would not have been the same without Meghan. She is such a light and I'm blessed to have her by my side.

Megan came to CVU as a night shift tech when I was a nurse. I worked with her and HAD to have her as my orientee when she became an RN! I got the pleasure of training her as a new grad: II, III, aVF (if you know, you know). After, we stayed great friends. Megan has always been there, no matter where she is in the world. She also gives the best advice. I'm so grateful to have her with me on this special day!

Maddy (that's Madeline to you) and I were models in the bridal show circuit back in the day. You could find us strutting our stuff or drinking a mimosa behind a stall door (LOL). Then came Millikin where we became Tri-Delta sorority sisters and standards stars (the brightest stars and the fullest moons)! Now we are family!! Cousins, as she is married to my cousin Jarrod. Life would not be the same without my Mads!

Colton and I met at DMH, where he was helping me transport a bed which I ran into the wall. Ever since then, Colton and I remained great friends! Colton is the most generous person. Throughout my tenure at DMH, he always made sure I was okay and supplied me with snacks and cookies when I would be too busy to eat. I am so grateful to have a hype person like Colton in my life and by my side.
