Flights?

If you're flying in, you'll want to book a flight into Kansas City International Airport (MCI), which is about 30 minutes from the Country Club Plaza area. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available from the airport, and rental cars are also an option. It's a great, easy-to-navigate airport!

Transportation?

Answer

Country Club Plaza, Carriage Club, Visitation Church, and Axios Bistro are all within 10 minutes of each other (a very short drive or Uber) so getting around should be easy! The wedding party will have trolley transportation.

Hotel Block?

Attire?

Answer

Friday — Welcome drinks (and rehearsal dinner for family and wedding party) will be cocktail attire. It's August in Missouri, so expect heat! Button-downs with an optional sport coat for men; a short or long dress for women. Saturday daytime — We'll be spending the day at the country club. Bring a bathing suit if you'd like to swim, tennis shoes and clothes for racket sports, and anything else you'd bring for a day at the pool. Saturday evening — The wedding will be formal attire (but not black tie!).

Kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome to join us for Friday welcome drinks, the Saturday pool day at the country club, and the wedding ceremony on Saturday evening. We do ask that little ones sit out the reception afterward so everyone can enjoy the party!
