Do shuttles start immediately after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The reception won't officially start until around 5:00-5:30 to give the bridal party enough time to take pictures. You will still be allowed to go into the country club as early as 4:00 and head in for cocktail hour.

Can I add someone to my RSVP?

Answer

When you retrieve your RSVP you will see who all is included in your RSVP. If you wish to add someone else to your RSVP, please contact Kara or Sam first. Otherwise there will not be a seat for them.

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

There are many parking lots and garages downtown for you to park at! The closest to the church is a parking garage next to it, a parking lot across the street, and lots of street parking. Or if you wish to leave your car at the hotel, you can do that as well and uber/walk to the church. Every hotel option is very close by.

Where do the shuttles run to?

Answer

The shuttle designated for our guests will run to and from the church and the reception area. It will also be able to drop you off at your hotel at the end of the night after speeches and dinner are over, but will NOT pick you up from your hotel to take you to the ceremony.

When do the church doors close?

Answer

Church doors close at 3:25 to start the ceremony. If you try to come in after, you will not be let in.
