We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 25th. This deadline gives our caterer the time needed to prepare for your meal selections. Thank you!
We love all of the children in our lives, but we have thoughtfully decided to make this a mainly adults event with a few exceptions. We kindly ask that only children listed on your invitation attend the wedding and reception.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
Absolutely! We're delighted to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. Simply let us know your needs when you select your meal choice on your RSVP.
Yes, we'll offer a cocktail hour along with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for all our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration. If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages, please arrange transportation via Uber or a similar service. Thank you!
We'd love to see you there! The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM. This gives you plenty of time to find your seat and get comfortable before we begin.
Yes!
Yes, parking is available at the Seattle Yacht Club. We do ask that if you plan to enjoy cocktails, please arrange transportation via Uber to and from the event.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so we can be fully present and enjoy the moment together. We've hired professional photographers to beautifully capture every detail for us. That said, our officiant will signal a special moment during the ceremony when you're welcome to take photos—we'll make sure it's clear when that is!
Our wedding dress code is formal. For Women: Floor-length dress, a formal midi or cocktail dress, or an elegant pantsuit/jumpsuit. Dressy fabrics like satin, chiffon, silk, crepe, or elevated florals are perfect. Black is absolutely appropriate—just a note that our wedding party will also be wearing black. Please keep in mind some of the ceremony will be taking place on the Seattle Yacht Club’s lawn, so stilettos might not be the best choice! For Men: Dark suit and tie, a tuxedo, or a dress shirt with a suit jacket and slacks. Women are invited to wear a long evening gown, while men should wear a suit and tie. For additional inspiration and examples, please visit our dress code tab for more details.
Our celebration will take place outdoors, with dancing to follow indoors. In the event of rain, we have a tent and indoor space available, allowing us to seamlessly move the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner as needed.
