Is there lodging at the venue?

Answer

No, unfortunately it is a small Air BnB that we have rented for a few select members of the wedding party that are traveling from out of state etc. There are many local hotels, motels, Air BnBs, and VRBO’s nearby that I would suggest booking ASAP - as it will be Labor Day weekend when we have the wedding. Please try searching in the Pittsfield, Williamstown, or North Adams area for lodging, they are all within 20 minutes of the venue!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes - there is ample parking right next to where the entire wedding will be.

Is it a dry wedding?

Answer

No, we will have bar service that is available for our guests during the reception. However they will be serving for a limited time, so enjoy some libations while they are there! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and make arrangements prior for a safe ride home or back to your hotel accommodations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate your understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding as child free as possible, with the exclusion of little ones coming with immediate family or from out of state. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

What type of wedding is it?

Answer

Our wedding is 100% outdoors. We will have a large tented area for the reception, with tables and chairs. It will be late August so we encourage guests to bring sunglasses!

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! In staying with our wedding theme, we kindly encourage our guests to dress in formal attire. The color theme is pastels, florals, and pops of color! Ladies and femme presenting guests - we suggest wearing a block heel, wedge, or platform as the wedding is outside on a grassy area. Men and masculine presenting guests, dress pants either and a button up with a tie will suffice!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to have time to park and find yourself a seat.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Although your presence is the best gift - we understand some of you would like to know about a physical or monetary gift. We ask that in lieu of physical gifts you consider donating to our honeymoon fund! We have wanted to go to Japan for years now - and you could help us make our dream come true. There will be a card receptacle at the venue, for anyone interested in gifting to us. Thank you!
