Where is Progress Park?

Answer

Progress Park is a retro airstream resort park and event venue located right off of Buechel Bypass at 4503 Progress Blvd, Louisville, KY 40218. It really is tucked away, but Apple and Google Maps should get you there just fine. ***Do be prepared for a very sudden right turn off of Buechel Bypass onto Progress Blvd. It's easy to miss, and you can only access this turn if heading south. You can turn around, of course, but it requires turning around twice and circling back.***

Cocktail, or whatever you feel nice in! (We love getting glammed up, so don't worry about being too formal.)

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. (Be prepared to briefly be on grass!) The cocktail hour to follow will be held outside on a covered patio, and dinner and dancing will follow in the indoor event space. Please feel free to take advantage of the many walking trails and outdoor patios. The entire gated park is yours to explore!

Parking?

Answer

There is ample (free) parking on-site. If the first lot gets filled, there is a second lot in the back. Just follow signs.

Accessibility?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside on a grassy area. The cocktail hour patio and reception event space, however, are entirely wheelchair and walker accessible with paved paths extending from the back parking lot. If you need any special accommodations, please let us know!

Lodging for out of town guests?

Answer

We recommend the following hotels: The Bellwether, Hotel Genevieve, 21c, The Omni, or Hotel Distil.

Are Lyft and Uber accessible here?

Answer

Yes, both Lyft and Uber will drive to Progress Park, as it is within city limits and is easily accessible from the Watterson Expressway.
