Answer

April 10.

Question

What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail for the ceremony and reception. We recommend comfortable shoes since you’ll be walking on grass, gravel, or outdoor areas. Spring weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing layers.

Question

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

The dress code is casual.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be adults-only.

Question

Is there anything we should know about the altitude?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will be at a higher elevation, so if you’re coming from lower altitude, you may feel it a bit. To help you feel your best: - Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water before and throughout the weekend - Go easy on alcohol, especially the first day, as it can affect you more at higher elevations - Wear sunscreen — the sun is stronger at altitude, even on cooler or cloudy days - Bring lip balm — the air can be dry Taking it easy, drinking water, and moisturizing will go a long way toward keeping you comfortable so you can fully enjoy the celebration!

Question

What is there to do at the venue?

Answer

Our wedding venue has a lot to do! We will be there for the whole weekend starting Friday at noon until Sunday morning. The venue used to be a summer camp so we invite our friends and family to come play basketball, volleyball, billiards, ping-pong, and more. There's also a trail to a gorgeous summit.
