Take the Northbound YVR-Airport Station Platform 2 bound to Brigdeport Station Platform 2. Get off and take the following bus.

FROM BRIDGEPORT/ BAY 9 TRAIN/BUS STATION TO SOUTH SURREY/ WHITE ROCK- RUNS EVERY 15 MINUTES
(2mins from the airport by taxi or train) Take the 351 White Rock Ctr bound bus en route to 24 Ave/ Southbound 152 St bus stop. (Direct bus 1-hr).
You can take this same bus on your way back to the airport.
FROM 24 AVE / 152 ST BUS STOP TO WEDDING VENUE- RUNS EVERY 30 MINUTES
Walk accross the street to the Eastbound 24 Ave / 152 St and take the 531 Willowbrook bound bus en route to Eastbound 24 Ave / 160 St bus stop (Direct bus 5mins).

This is the best place to fly into. You could go to Seattle or Abbotsford if it is easier for you to get connecting flights.
