Life happens and we completely understand. If your plans change after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our arrangements accordingly.
Please aim to arrive 15-30 min before the time listed on the invitation. Wedding starts promptly at 4:30pm.
We are not doing a room block for the wedding. We've prepared a travel guide. Check out the 'Travel' tab for some hotel recommendations around the area. Denver International Airport is around 45 min away from the Boulder area. Lyons is about 20 min from Boulder via car.
We encourage guests to use Uber or Lyft when traveling to Lyons. However, rideshares can be difficult to secure leaving Lyons later in the evening. To make things easier, we will be providing shuttle service back to Boulder after the wedding. The first shuttle leaves the venue at 8pm. Shuttle Drop off location: Avanti on Pearl Street in Boulder

If you plan to leave your car at the venue overnight, please arrange to have it picked up by 8:00 AM the following morning.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests unless previously discussed and confirmed. We'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us well.
Due to space limitations, children may attend if they are listed on your invitation or if you’ve checked with us and received approval beforehand. If you are unsure, please reach out to us directly.
