What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Our wedding theme is based on Japanese cherry blossoms. Light pinks, sage green, greys, and blacks are the best colors to wear. But if you find something complimentary to these please feel free to wear your outfit.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by May 14th. Later than this may result in you needing to bring your own chair and meal to dine at the wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no paid transportation. Please plan accordingly for your parties travel needs.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your physical RSVP card states the amount of spots that have been reserved for your party. If you have further questions please reach out via email at sam.jacob0723@gmail.com

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is in a small rural town where the bride is from. When traveling from out of town the nearest airport is in Pueblo, CO. It may also be best to plan for renting a car as Uber is not commonly available and the couple is unable to provide quality transportation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your physical RSVP card will have the number of reserved spots which includes any allowed children. Please reach out via email at sam.jacob0723@gmail.com to request for permission to see if your child is allowed otherwise no children are allowed without permission of couple.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive to the ceremony about 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Allergy awareness is very important so we can make sure to have available accommodations please email your dietary needs to sam.jacob0723@gmail.com and state the allergy or dietary request so it can be noted and made aware to the catering.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony has limited parking near the building but does have street parking close by.
