Wedding Party

Please allow us to introduce our wedding party! Brett, Suzie, Cheyenne, Max, Matt, and Ryan!

Brett Sebby

Bridesmaid

Brett and I met in 6th grade at St. Raphael. We had 30 kids in our class, and my best friend at the time was Megan Coulomb, for literally the last 5 years, UNTIL............First day of 6th grade, 1994, I am sitting next to Megan Coulomb, i turn around and see "the new girl", I literally look down at her shoes, and DIED, because I am pretty sure they were the same ones I had and of course were really cool. So I got up from my seat walked over to Brett, said "Hi I'm Gia, I really like your shoes", and from that point, best friends. It also helped a lot that I went through the drive thru of Taco Bell that same day with my mom, and I saw Brett and her mom eating outside, it really couldn't have gotten any better, it was a real friendship, and it got SO much better and really fun. hehe.

Suzanne Tobutt

Bridesmaid

So.....I met Suzie at one of our parochial school track events in 1996, she went to St. Peter and Paul, and I went to St. Raphael. Peter and Paul was known as the cool rich Naperville Catholic school that had the better teams, better dances, better field trips, and we were known as the poor Naperville Catholic school, we had the weird gym that was literally in our old church and the floor was made out of what appeared to resemble legos with pieces that snapped together, we were known not only as the "Redwings", but AKA "the lego gym school". Anyway, Suzie went to St. Francis high school, along with Brett and I, and that's when all 3 of us collaborated forces and became our little gang, the rest is history and a lot of trouble.

Cheyenne Paul

Bridesmaid

So....I met Cheyenne on a boat for a YPN realtor event almost 5 years ago on my actual birthday. Now at the YPN events ( Young Professional Network ), the whole point is to network and get each other contact information, which Cheyenne is the QUEEN of. I apparently was having way too much fun to remember our contact exchange, and like clockwork the next day Cheyenne was up and at them calling up who she met that night, me being one of them. My first reaction was "Why is this woman so awake right now, and I am feeling like complete crap", and "who is this woman?". Well the rest is history, not only has Cheyenne become a very dear friend of mine, but she's also a wonderful business partner in our real estate industry, we definitely have become two peas in a pod.

Max Auvenshine

Groomsman

Hailing from the notorious Westend of Crystal Lake, Max has been a longtime friend and collaborator of good times with Sam for more than 12 years. Max has been a dear friend in both times good and dull. Max and Sam share a bond over spending straight up quality friend time whether it being fun, exciting, adventurous, or just status quo company-keeping. Max is known mainly for his good taste in food & beverage, his esteemed taste in music, and an avid traveler of places far and wide. He is also a spinner of vinyls, a follower of aesthetics in art & clothing, and a high ranking adept in the mosh pit at live concerts & shows.

Matt Hayes

Groomsman

Considered as a “Mayor” type within the friend circle, Matt and Sam also go back over 12 years. Being one of the first of us Crystal Lakers to move out to Chicago, Matt & Sam wasted no time on growing their friendship further with attending many live music shows, sampling various foods and drink from popular Chicago establishments, and exploring different areas of the giant metropolis. Matt is known for his shared love of the same taste in music as Sam, his shared love of the beer arts, his down-to-earth and genuine nature, as well as being the master artisan & keeper of all things mustaches.

Ryan Terrana

Groomsman

Maybe to be considered as the cliché goes more so family than friend, Ryan and Sam go back quite a bit as measured in years & experiences together. From picking Ryan up and driving him to high school, to living together for some years, to being apart of his family, Ryan’s been a friend who I’ve been fortunate enough to have stick around and hang out with me year after year. Ryan is known for his incredibly admirable true-to-himself and zero bullshit outlook, being a fellow drummer, a provider of ceaseless humor, his shared love of the same music as Sam, Matt, and Max, - and also a high ranking adept in the mosh pit at live concerts & shows.
