To be safe, make sure your passport expires after April 2025. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another 6 months before you depart for international travel.

Comfortable shoes! At the venue there are uneven grounds and the ceremony will be in the grass, so please plan accordingly.
In Assisi, the temperature will be in the mid 60's, low 70's. We recommend to dress in layers. (Cardigans, sweaters, scarves)
Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. A linen suit is also welcome! For women, floor length or midi length dresses. We also ask that the guests avoid wearing cream, ivory or white. Please keep in mind, that the entire event is outdoors.
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have fantastic photographers and will absolutely share those photos with you!
Yes, we will have shuttles to and from the venue from the hotels and airbnbs for the Welcome Party, Ceremony and Poolside Luncheon. Please note that there is no car services available in the evenings and we will organize transportation for all guests.
The ceremony starts at 3:00pm! We will have Welcome Drinks beginning at 2:30pm - shuttles will bring guests to the venue before then.
Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome is about a little over 2 hours by car to Assisi. We recommend flying into this airport as it has many flight options.
You can get to Assisi either by car or train. You can find the train information and website under the "Travel Tab." If you need help planning your travel from the airport to Assisi we can help walk you through the logistics of what is needed.
The wedding festivities will begin on Friday, October 25th so we encourage you to be in Assisi by then. However, to ease any travel stress, we suggest arriving in Italy ahead of time.
We recommend that you book your flight as soon as possible. If you wait until closer to the date, flights will be very expensive. TIP - Add google alerts to your phone so you can find cheaper flights.
We will have room blocks at hotels near the wedding venue, as well as a few alternative options (such as glamping or larger rental units). You can find these arrangements listed under the "Travel Tab."
