Where can I book a tent to stay onsite?

Is there cell or wifi service?

Answer

No. There is a very limited campground owned service for emergencies only

What should I pack?

Answer

Any snacks and other food you think you might want. Warm clothes for the evening and for sleeping. Flashlight. Bug spray. Any sleeping needs for kids (pack n play, blow up mats and sleeping bags). To those coming from home by highway, if you have coolers to spare we would be much obliged if you brought them for yourselves + out of state guests.

Can I bring my own tent or camper van?

The campground has limited space so we are pre-setting all tents for guests to ensure we have enough room. We do have a few spaces for camper vans so please notate on your RSVP so we can reserve you a space.

Should I bring a bike?

Answer

Yes if you want! The Washington Hotel is a short bike ride across the river and biking is the easiest way to get around.

What meals will be provided?

Light bites & coffee on Saturday and Sunday Dinner on Saturday Food stand available for food purchases at Friday welcome party and Sunday river float (bring cash)

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Dress all the way up to get all the way down! It can get quite chilly at night, so pack warm coats as we will be outdoors most of the evening. Don’t forget your dancing shoes, comfy walking shoes, and water shoes - come prepared for it all!

SUGGESTED ITINERARY FOR CAMPERS

Friday: -Arrive between 3pm and 6pm to get unpacked before it gets dark -Join us for drinks, bites, and music at the Washington Hotel across the river at 7pm Saturday: -Light bites and coffee at the center of camp starting at 8am -Go enjoy lunch at the Washington Hotel or in Nevada City -Return to camp by 3pm for our wedding ceremony Sunday: -Light bites and coffee at the center of camp starting at 8am -Floating and hanging on the rocks all day -Lunch available for purchase (bring cash) Monday: -All guests check out by 11am
