When should I RSVP by?

You can RSVP now on the "RSVP tab" on the website. Please respond by Saturday, April 1st 2023.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. All guests are encouraged to ride on the provided shuttles to and from the venue, which will leave from the hotels. Hotel Wyndham bus departures: 4:30 PM and 4:40 PM. Hotel Monaco bus departure: 4:30 PM only. There is also free parking across from the venue, monitored by a parking attendant. Even if you aren't staying at the hotels, you can take the bus so long as you arrive at the scheduled pick-up time. One bus will depart for hotels at 10:00 pm and the others will depart shortly after the reception ends at 11:00 pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00PM. Please plan to arrive between 4:30-4:55 PM to allow time to set-up.
