We are so lucky that we have exclusive use of the amazing venue and so are delighted to be able to have everyone staying on site or in the venues partnering hotel, having had block booked out the rooms! As you all know this isn't a living in pockets situ and you will have sprawling space to keep to yourself should you wish. The block booking has allowed us to avoid having to send you from pillar to post to book the rooms, and so we are asking for a £300pp contribution to cover your accommodation. Whilst we appreciate that is a huge ask and somewhat unconventional set-up, rest assured there will be no need to reach for that purse for the full weekend, as food & drinks are included from Friday through to Monday breakfast! Million dollar question! Welcome Dinner - Summer Garden Party Wedding Day - Black Tie (aka excuse to wear something you couldn't normally!) Sunday - Pool Party or stay in your PJs! We want you to feel comfortable and your best self - so at all points you do you, the only firm request is to bring your dancing shoes. It's also worth noting the ceremony will be kicking off a little later in the day, by which point we expect it to be a little cooler, hence allowing us to opt for a black tie dress code.
Barcelona Airport is around a 25 minute drive away or alternatively you can fly to Rues, which is around a 40 minute drive. The flights have only just been released so hoping those eager to lock in can get in there early!
Uber is available from Barcelona airport, which would be the most efficient way to get to us! We are really happy to help arrange a private taxi should you prefer to have someone meet you at the airport - please just drop us a line and we can get you in touch with a provider. Whilst we hold Barcelona in very high esteem, we are super conscious that pickpockets do operate in and around the airport, so please be super vigilant with your belongings - including suitcases - whilst waiting on your transport!
Unfortunately, as much as we love your wee ones - being child free ourselves means we have opted for a child free affair for the wedding. The hope being that mums/dads/aunties/uncles + grannies can all let their hair down and enjoy the party!
