A place to stroll and enjoy the beautiful architecture. The Bathhouse Row you see today consists of eight bathhouse buildings that were constructed between 1892 and 1923. Two of which are still in operation, and one has been morphed into an alluring museum.
Hiking: There are two concentrated areas of hiking trails within the park, the Hot Springs and North Mountain Trails and the West Mountain Trails. Both of these areas are composed of relatively short, interconnected trails. The Sunset Trail is a longer trail that travels through more remote areas of the park. Hot Springs Mountain Tower: A 216-foot high observation tower built of lattice steel on Hot Springs Mountain that features stunning views overlooking the Ouachita Mountains and the historic town. Hot Springs: Near Bathhouse Row, located within Arlington Park are the very springs the town is named after. Feel free to dip your fingers in the open pools. But be careful! The thermal springs can reach temperatures up to 143 degrees Fahrenheit.
A personal favorite from the Groom's childhood. Feel larger-than-life when you visit Tiny Town Depot. This quirky attraction is one of the largest things in Arkansas - well, at least, for a miniature train display. The kids will love it!
One of the premier Thoroughbred racetracks in the country since 1904 and with the recent expansion of their casino section, you can test your luck in gambling in a variety of ways. NOTE: June is not within the Thoroughbred racing season.
