What Airport should we fly to if coming from out of town?

Answer

It is recommended that you fly into the Fresno International Airport as it is the closest to Atwater and the closest to the venue in Madera. You can also fly into Sacramento, San Francisco/Oakland, or San Jose.

What time does the shuttle leave for the venue on the day of the wedding?

Answer

There will be 2 times the shuttle will go to the venue and 2 times the shuttle will return to the hotel. We will post definite times closer to the wedding. Please note that the shuttle holds only 9 people at a time and will be on a first come, first served basis. Also, it is recommended that you arrive to the designated shuttle location 5 minutes prior to the departure time.

Is there a shuttle from the Fresno Airport to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites (preferred hotel)?

Answer

Yes. You must arrange this service in advance and it is recommended that you arrange for this free service when booking your hotel stay.

Are you allowing children to attend the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that no children under the age of 12 attend the wedding. The venue is in a more remote location without kid-friendly activities.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

No. It is a semi-formal event. Business casual to formal attire is recommended, but not required.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 1, 2024. We have to get a final head-count for the caterer and venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended you arrive between 4:10pm and 4:15pm as that will give you time to get settled in your seat. The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30pm.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

This event will have a plated dinner and assigned seating so we will not be accommodating plus ones at this event. Your invitation will indicate how many seats we have reserved for your party and addressed the invitation with the names of those invited. We will be sure to seat you with people you know! Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of adequate parking at the ceremony and reception (they are in the same location).

Question

Can we bring our own alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

No. Our contract with the venue does not allow for us to bring in alcohol. Any alcohol consumed must be provided by the venue. If anyone is caught with outside alcohol, the venue has the right to cancel the wedding. Please do not bring outside alcohol!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.
