HOPEFULLY. the plan is to get married in one of our fields. This is a grass surface, so maybe you should leave the stillettos at home unless you want to sink way in. The reception will be in a covered tent elsewhere on the property.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, no. We have essentially no wifi and limited cell service. We are kind of psyched about this though, because everyone will be present with us (whether they like it or not) on our big day! We are hoping for an "unplugged" ceremony.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We want everyone to be as safe as possible AND celebrate with us. As more people become vaccinated, we feel more comfortable hosting our wedding. That being said, the state really governs the way things happen. We encourage everyone to regularly check COVID restrictions and travel restrictions on the state website leading up to the big day. We hope that everyone will bring a mask with them to the wedding, and wear it while around others. We will try our best to ensure social distancing is as easy as it can be...and, if you get the chance to become vaccinated this spring, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE IT. Do it for yourself, your family, and for the world :)
Yes. Our next door neighbors, Ina and David, have graciously offered to allow our guests to park in their field on the day of the wedding. The entrance to the field for parking is on Andrews Road in Cambridge, VT. It is a short walk (like 50 yds) from the parking area to the ceremony site in our field. We will light the path back to the parking area in the evening so you can find your car!!
