We'd really appreciate it if you could RSVP for Friday, Saturday and Sunday as soon as possible, and by the end of September at the latest, so we can finalise numbers with the venue.
If you’re staying on-site, you’ll be prompted with a check-in question when you RSVP. If you don’t see this, you’ll be staying off-site and will need to arrange your own accommodation separately. Unfortunately, the venue only has a limited number of rooms, so we can’t accommodate everyone on-site — if we could, we absolutely would have loved to!
Unfortunately, we're not able to offer a +1. We've had to be quite strict with numbers as the celebration is taking place abroad.
As much as we adore your little ones, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our niece. Thank you for understanding.
Food and drinks will be provided for guests staying on-site. If you're staying off-site, you'll just need to arrange your own meals outside of those included in the schedule. Outside of the wedding day, drinks will be available on a self-service basis. On the wedding day, staff will be serving drinks throughout the celebrations, with beer, wine, soft drinks and a small selection of spirits included. To help keep the party going, we'd love it if guests could bring a bottle of their favourite spirit (duty free is highly encouraged!).
Vegetarian options will always be provided, but if you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies please let us know asap before the wedding.
There are inside/covered options if we are unlucky with the weather but we’re planning to celebrate as much of the day as possible outdoors to make the most of the beautiful setting- weather permitting.
Days in late May are usually warm and sunny, but evenings in Castres can cool down once the sun sets. We recommend bringing sunglasses, and wearing light comfortable attire suitable for being outdoors. For the evening we recommend bringing a light layer to keep warm as the evening cools.
Please see our Schedule for the dress code. For the wedding day, we encourage a formal style to complement the setting. As much of the celebration will take place outdoors, we recommend choosing shoes suitable for grass or uneven ground. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white throughout the weekend (other than men’s shirts).
One of the reasons we were drawn to this venue is the no curfew rule! Offsite guests are welcome to stay as little or long as they like into the evening.
Absolutely! We’d love you to snap some photos/videos and upload them on the shared album we will make. A link/QR code will be sent for this. However, we kindly ask that you don’t take photos during the ceremony or upload any photos to social media before the bride and groom.
