Cocktail and semi-formal attire including springy full length or midi length dresses, pants suits, and suits. With the ceremony being in our church, modest attire is appreciated.
Parking at the church is permitted during the ceremony. Self-parking at the reception will be at 5808 Columbus Pike. Please note this is not the address you'll see when you search "Dempsey Event Center." This is a back parking lot with more than enough space for everyone. Just follow the road past the barbecue restaurant to the parking lot, and enter down the gravel path. It will take you over a wooden bridge to our tent and cocktail area. We will have valets at the front entrance for those unable to self-park. Overnight parking is permitted in the back lot, and Ubers can pick up from there. Please see our Travel page for information about our hotel block. Our Travel Page also includes information about a road closure in the area. There will be a partial road closure on State Route 315 between Powell Road and Bunty Station Road. Please ensure that you account for this when traveling.
We are having a full Catholic Mass and wedding ceremony at our church. We would love for all guests to attend the mass and ceremony as they are one event and very special to us. Catholic guests will be invited to take communion. We believe Catholic marriage isn't simply about emotional fulfillment, but a vocation, path to sanctity, shaped by sacrifice, forgiveness, and grace. Marriage was written by God Himself.
We are serving appetizers and a full dinner at our reception. We will be serving a pasta buffet that accommodates for allergies and special circumstances. If you have unique dietary restrictions, please reach out to us.
