Yes. SR 104 Hood Canal Bridge is undergoing needed repairs throughout May, June, and September 2023. The exact closure dates and times in September will be shared in late summer but please be aware that this could impact travel home from our wedding. No, pets are not allowed at Camp Parsons.
Parking is located near the camp entrance. After parking, you will walk to the Campfire Bowl for the ceremony.
Yes, you are welcome to arrive early. If you choose to arrive early, then you are more than welcome to settle into your campsite/cabin and explore the camp. Camp Parsons has a curated museum describing the camp history, several walking trails, and a beautiful beach front.
No, personal vehicles cannot be driven around the camp.
The longest stretch of required walking is 0.25 miles from the ceremony to the reception. There are clearly defined roads and paths to follow that are, within reason, clear of trip hazards.
Yes! There will be a vehicle and driver given permission to drive on the camp roads. People who need extra assistance can utilize this vehicle.
All cellphone carriers have signal throughout the camp. Wifi is provided within the Dining Hall only.

Campsites have locations for tents and wooden, open-air bunkhouses (approximately four twin-sized bunks per bunkhouse). If you choose to stay in an open-air bunkhouse, then you will have to provide your own mattress and sleeping bag/blankets. *If you are flying in, and unable to provide your own sleeping bag please email Casey ASAP (burt.casey.m@gmail.com with message subject "Sleeping Bag") so that we can procure one for you! There are enclosed showers and bathrooms near the open-air bunkhouses. The showers have curtains; and the toilets have stall doors. There is no heat available at the campsites, but electrical cords can be provided. Campsites are free for guests to use. Please reserve in advance.
There are a number of cabins available and each one has different amenities. Generally, there are house-like cabins, dormitory-like cabins, and bunkhouse cabins. House-Style Cabins [4 available, each with multiple bedrooms] - Multiple bedrooms with mattresses; majority of beds are twin and several are queen sized; some rooms have one bed, others have multiple beds - Electricity, outlets, heat control provided - Bathrooms and showers in cabin - Kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) - Couches - Dining table Dormitory-Style Cabin [1 available with 12 bedrooms] - Twin-sized beds only; combination of beds and bunkbeds; mattress provided - Electricity, outlets, heat control provided - Bathroom and showers in cabin - Kitchenette (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) Bunkhouse Cabins [6 available with 4-bunks each] - Twin-sized beds only; bunkbeds; mattress provided - Electricity, outlets, heat control provided - Showers and bathrooms located near the bunkhouses; showers have curtains and the toilets have stall doors Cabins are free for guests to use. Bring your dancing shoes and cozy clothes for the campfire! Besides that, bring whatever you need to feel comfortable spending the night. Some suggestions: Shower shoes, towel, soap, hand mirror (if needed), etc. If you are local, then please bring a sleeping bag/blankets and pillow. If you have to fly here, then let us know and we'll get you sleeping gear! Because this is a camp setting, we also recommend the following: Flashlight, comfortable walking shoes, water bottle
If you want to join in the campfire and brunch but aren't interested in a cabin, then don't worry! There are several alternative options located up the road from Camp Parsons: Cove RV & Country Store and Mount Walker Inn. For more information on these options, please visit the Travel section.

Vegetarians will have impossible burgers or veggie patties to replace the meat portions of the BBQ. All of the side dishes are vegetarian.
