Schedule

We will be adding more specifics and RSVP options soon, but the following is a rough overview of what to expect during our wedding weekend. Our wedding will be rooted in Jewish ritual and all guests are warmly invited to participate in all of these moments. We know that for many of our guests, these rituals may be unfamiliar and we will do our best to offer invitations and explanations, striving to help everyone feel welcome and included. The ceremony will take place at the conclusion of Shabbat (or Shabbes), the day of rest in the Jewish tradition. Shabbat ends when the stars come out on Saturday night. During Shabbat afternoon, the rituals of Shabbat (a festive mini-meal, singing and blessings) will double as a welcome for guests. After we mark the end of shabbat with a separation ritual called havdalah, we will promptly begin the ceremony, followed by dancing, dinner, and more dancing!
