When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 30th, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 5pm, please arrive no later than 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire! We suggest midi or long dresses for women and suit or tux for men.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Your child(ren) should be listed when you RSVP, if they are not and you plan to bring them please just let us know so we have an accurate guest count!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, our transportation service will be available to pick guests up at the end of the night and will be shuttling back to the hotel. There will be two shuttle pick ups at the end of the night. The first one will be taking back to the hotel, the second one will be dropping off at the after party location. There will NOT be transportation provided to the venue. Please plan accordingly. Note it is very easy to Uber to and from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please note that if you plan to drive and will be drinking, you are able to leave your car overnight and come pick it up the next day. If you choose to do so, please plan to pick up your vehicle in the morning or you will risk getting a ticket.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting) followed by an indoor reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you do not have a plus one specified on your invitation, unfortunately due to space we cannot accommodate them.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! If you want to keep the party going, join us at The Sportsbook Bar and Grill in Highlands Ranch after the wedding. The second shuttle pick up at 10 pm will take guests here, as well as pick up at the end of the night and take back to the hotel.
