What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive and be seated by 3:50 PM.

What should I wear?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Cocktail-length dresses, suits, dress shirts, and dress pants are appropriate. Note: The ceremony will take place on grass, think about footwear accordingly!

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
There is plenty of parking for those who wish to drive. If you choose to Uber or Lyft, we suggest scheduling the car ahead of time as the venue is located in a less densely populated area and Ubers/Lyfts may be difficult to find.

Where should I park?
Answer
Parking is available in the lot in front of the entrance to the venue. There is an upper lot if the lower lot is filled.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
Yes! If you plan to leave your car overnight, please park in the upper lot. You will need to pick up your car by noon the following day.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will take place indoors and the reception will occur outdoors in a tented area.

Can we take pictures?
Answer
For the duration of the ceremony, we ask that you refrain from taking any photos. For the cocktail hour and reception, please take photos! We will have QR codes available at each table to upload your photos and videos to an online gallery.

Is there a room block at a nearby hotel?
Answer
A room block is available at the Wellsworth Hotel in Southbridge. These rooms are available for booking at a discounted rate until September 2, 2024. To make a reservation, you can use the booking link located on the “Travel” page of this site or you can contact the hotel reservations department at (508) 765-8000 on, or before, September 2, 2024. To receive the contracted group rate, you must request your reservation be made in the Martinez-Wasnewsky Wedding room block upon booking. Reservation requests received after the Cut-Off Date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
