It's a forever kind of love.

We went to Vanguard together and though we were not "friends" we were often around each other having seriously no idea that a few years after graduating our two best friends would be getting married! We were both asked to be in the party for Haylee and Tyler's wedding. It was such an exciting time and what made it even more special was that our friendship was budding and so was our looooveee (though that would come later lol). During the wedding Sam hoped at every turn Caleb would be there not knowing that Caleb was doing the same. A week later Caleb took Sam on a date and the rest well...it's a forever kind of story. Caleb's s telling... In January of that year, I leaned over my sisters shoulder while she was scrolling Instagram and stopped her to say, "She's cute" pointing to Sam, weeks later she called to ask for my opinion on an outreach idea, not to confess her love for me as I expected. I recovered by the time her and I were in Tyler and Haylee's wedding, and distinctly remember dancing with her (she'll deny this to no end). We both left the wedding saying "I think I like....." Two weeks later we began weekly date nights, followed by memorable trips and eventually a decision to be there for each other in all things and through all things.
