IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’d love for our family and friends to get dressed up and celebrate with us! The dress code is formal attire, and we encourage guests to wear muted earthy tones that complement our wedding palette. For inspiration and outfit ideas, visit the 'Dress Code' tab for a visual guide.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we’re keeping the celebration adults-only so everyone can relax, have fun, and enjoy the evening. That said, we know child care isn’t always possible — if you plan to bring your little ones, just let us know!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to find your seat. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM, followed by our reception celebration.

is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We’ll have heaters placed throughout the space to keep everyone comfortable, but we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, as the evening may get a bit chilly.

Will transportation be provided for guests?

Answer

Definitely! We’ll have shuttles taking guests to and from the venue, with pick-up and drop-off at the hotel where we’ve reserved our room block. You’re more than welcome to stay at another hotel or Airbnb and use Uber or Lyft to get to the shuttle location. Just keep in mind that rideshares in Sedona can be limited later in the evening since the town winds down early.

IS THERE PARKING available at the venue?

If you prefer not to take the shuttle, parking will also be available at the venue.

What should we know if we’re driving to the venue?

Answer

Our venue is located at a private estate in Sedona, tucked into a beautiful canyon where cell service can be limited. If you’re driving, be sure to enter the address into your GPS before leaving your hotel. Drive slowly along Red Rock Loop Road — it’s easy to miss the turn! You’ll see a sign on the main road to help guide you in.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by February 15th, 2026 so we can provide an accurate headcount for our vendors. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend — and we’ll be celebrating with you in spirit!
