How can I watch the livestream of the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will be limited to 125 guests for social distancing purposes, so we have a livestream available for those that choose to watch from home. Log on before 2 p.m. July 25 and click this link to watch the service: https://youtu.be/TyenJf1T5xo Since 200 rsvped for the reception, we kindly encourage many to watch the ceremony from home and save the 125 seats at the ceremony for immediate family and friends. There is plenty of room at the reception though, so we look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces there. Thank you for understanding!

What are you doing for COVID-19 safety precautions at the ceremony?
Answer
The church is currently limiting the ceremony to 125 people for social distancing purposes, but there is an option to watch the ceremony on a livestream. We will be tight on space at the ceremony with the capacity restrictions, so we kindly ask that you please save the in person seating for immediate family and friends. We would love for everyone to be in attendance, however this is one of the changes we had to make in order to still host our wedding on July 25. This being said, we completely understand if you choose not to attend based on your comfort level with COVID-19 and being around other people. Please simply RSVP not attending so that we can plan accordingly.

What are you doing for COVID-19 safety precautions at the reception?
Answer
Luckily the reception hall holds well over the number of people on our guest list on a typical day, so we have lots of room to work with. 200 guests will be attending, and we will have socially distanced tables with 8 seats per table for guests to sit at. You can pick family/friends that you feel comfortable sitting with and social distance from the rest of the group while you eat. Any guests that feel extremely uncomfortable sitting in the main hall can sit in the side room if they ask one of the staff at Romy's.

Answer
We will be serving broasted chicken, beef tips, potatoes, veggies, buns, etc. There will be vegetarian side dishes available.
Question
When do the shuttles leave to/from the hotel if I'm staying there?
Answer
A shuttle will leave the Comfort Suites hotel in Appleton at 5 p.m. to bring guests to the reception. Another shuttle is scheduled at 10:30 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. to pick up guests from Romy's and bring them back to the hotel at the end of the night. Guests must sign up for these shuttles when they check in.
