FAQs

If you have any other questions that we've not covered here please feel free to contact us directly!
Question

When should I RSVP

Answer

Kindly let us know if you’re able to attend as soon as you can. Please RSVP by 29th January 2027. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to make it. We hope you can celebrate with us!

Question

What time does the ceremony begin

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. Guests are welcome to arrive from 1:00pm—where the bar will of course be open!

Question

Food

Answer

A three-course meal will be served later in the day (around 5:00pm). Please remember to add any dietary requirements on your RSVP. We recommend having a good breakfast or an early lunch before you arrive to keep you going. For those who work up an appetite on the dance floor, pizza will also be served later in the evening.

Question

What is the dress code

Answer

Dress code for the day is formal wedding attire—so suits and dresses all round (sadly, no swim shorts!).

Question

Gifts

Answer

Having you there to celebrate with us is more than enough, especially those who are travelling far. But if you would like to give a gift, cash towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated. For those who find it easier, we’ve also included a PayPal link below (that can be copied into a browser): https:paypal.me/BeckyandSam2027

Question

Kids

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding day an adults-only celebration. It gives you an excuse for a night off! We hope you understand and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Question

Parking

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue, and cars can be left overnight.

Question

Shuttles to local accommodation

Answer

The venue can drop guests back in the evening to any of the bnb's on the accommodation page (in Eydon or Moreton Pinkey) for £10 a trip. They can be organised on the day by speaking to any of the bar team.

Question

Can I have a plus one

Answer

We’ve chosen to keep things a little more intimate, so we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.
