Question

How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending” or “declining”. Please RSVP before April 24, 2026. All RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendor following this deadline.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm on Sunday, May 24, 2026. We ask that guests attending the ceremony arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony. Reception only guests are asked to arrive at 6:45pm. First dances will start at 7pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, there will be a semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. The official invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun “night out” for yourselves! Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held inside. Please dress accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at The Inn at SentryWorld.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be an opportunity to specify any food allergy requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Inn at SentryWorld is adjacent to the building where the ceremony is being held. No other Transportation will be provided. If you need help down to the ceremony, there will be a golf cart shuttle to bring people to the ceremony and back. The schedule will include further details.
