For anyone flying, Boston is a ~3 hour drive and New York is around 4. There are a few smaller airports from where you can rent a car and drive the remaining distance: Albany (recommended) - 1 hour drive Rutland airport - 1 hour drive Burlington airport - 2 hour drive

Shuttle to Wedding

We will be providing transportation to & from Hildene on our wedding day. Shuttles will stop at the Kimpton Taconic, Hampton Inn, and the Palmer House Resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we recommend staying at a hotel or house rental within walking distance of one of the shuttle stops. Parking at the venue is limited & Ubers/Lyfts are hard to come by!

Bus transportation will be provided to & from the Taconic on Wedding day We have a room block for anyone who plans to arrive on Thursday, as there is a 3 night minimum (link below). If you would still like to stay here but for 2 nights only, you can book a room directly with the Kimpton. As of 10/24, there are very few rooms remaining for a 2 night stay (Friday to Sunday). I would recommend calling Taconic to see if they can accommodate!
