here's to forever

Ashton felt a tap on her shoulder one Spring morning. "Hey, can I see your Biology homework?", said a voice from behind. That was all it took... Over the next few weeks Ashton and Samuel would start the morning off in Mr. Pipers AP U.S. History class talking and swapping homework, all while Samuel braided her hair and they talked about random things. Inevitably Mr. Piper would catch on and move Sam to the other side of the classroom. Days, months and now a year has gone by without speaking a word to each other. It's now senior year of high school and on a whim Ashton decided to take a higher level Statistics course. Im not even kidding, I signed up for it the day before senior year started. As Ashton sits down in Statistics class, she notices one of her best friends sitting at the teachers assistant desk (yay!). Oh, and she noticed that her friend was friends with Samuel, who was also in the class. Weeks go by and the two don't speak a word to each other. She thought maybe he didn't remember her. Guess she had to take matters into her own hands. One Wednesday evening Samuel received a text on his phone from Ashton because she got Sam's number from her best friend. They proceeded to talk everyday and soon found that they were inseparable. Late night car drives, concerts, roadtrips, sushi dates, and beach days would soon fill up their days before summer ended and Ashton left for college. While in college doing long distance Ashton and Sam never went a day without talking to each other. Facetime movie dates, phone calls and snapchats were what they had now... But not for long. After just one semester of college she decided to come back home and be with him, for good this time. 10 years and 3 kids later we are finally saying our "I do's". We hope to see you there and can't wait for this next chapter of our lives.
