Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
This hotel is located in downtown New Haven. This is the best option if you are taking the train into Union Station or flying into Tweed. It is also the best option if you want to be walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shops. If you choose to drive to this hotel, parking is $30 a night for valet and $23 a night for self-parking. The link will take you directly to the booking page for our room block. We will be running a shuttle from this hotel to the venue. Please note you must book by November 12th.

Home2 Suites by Hilton East Haven New Haven
This hotel is located in East Haven and is a 10 minute drive from our venue. It has free parking and is probably a better option for those who are driving. The link will take you directly to the booking page for our room block. We will be running a shuttle from this hotel to the venue.

Holiday Inn Express Branford-New Haven, an IHG Hotel
This hotel is another option for folks who are driving. It is just a 5 minute drive from our venue. It is a slightly cheaper option than the Home2Suites. Please note we do not have a room block at this hotel and we will not be running a shuttle from this hotel.

Metro-North
For those coming from NYC, the Metro-North is your best option. It will take you directly into New Haven where we have a hotel block. The travel time is around 2 hours.

Amtrak
Amtrak is another great option for our Boston, Philly, and DC guests. Amtrak will take you straight into New Haven where we have a hotel block.
Flight
Tweed Airport via Breeze or Avelo
The closest airport is the Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN). Avelo and Breeze are the only airlines that fly into Tweed. Avelo flies to and from Dallas, Chicago, Tampa, Atlanta, and Washington DC. Please note Avelo only flies on some days and usually only once a day. It is one of those airlines where the base fair is fairly cheap but you will need to add on a carry-on or checked bag and pay for a specific seat. Lyft is also the only rideshare that is allowed to operate out of Tweed.

Bradley International Airport
If you are coming from a destination that does not fly into Tweed, Bradley (BDL) in Hartford is the next closest airport. The drive from Bradley is around one hour.
