Hotel check in at the Delta is a 4pm. If you are arriving the day of the ceremony, we encourage you to head over to the ceremony no later than 5pm to meet the prompt 5:30pm start time.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. Please try your best to be seated by 5:15pm.
Yes - you are able to park at Hayfields Country Club. You can even keep your car there overnight if you wish. However, we encourage you to use our complimentary shuttles from the hotel.
The ceremony and reception attire is "Formal". Please wear gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits and ties.
The reception will begin immediately after the ceremony and end at 11pm. There will be shuttles continuously running from the reception back to the Delta Hotel.
Of course! The after party will be at the Polo Bar located within the Marriott - Delta Hotel, directly after the ceremony.
